At Mind-Design Sports (https://www.mind-designsports.org), Shintani combines his affinity with athletics and his interest in sport psychology to deliver an incredible resource for young athletes across the globe. Mind-Design Sports not only provides a blog and podcast that offers knowledge to athletes but coordinates a mentorship program that is completely free! This program pairs current college and high school athletes with younger ones to impart wisdom and share intuition.
Shintani also understands the power of sport psychology as a crossway practice where strategies can be applied to different areas of life aside from athletics. Whether it be on the playing field or in the classroom, Shintani has created a platform for young athletes to get quality information that can improve performance.
